Welcome to Zorvia Pets. This website is operated by Mazlumyar Trading, Chaltenbodenstrasse 26, 8834 Schindellegi, Switzerland (UID: CHE-450.638.218). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms apply to all orders placed through www.zorviapets.com. We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time your order is placed will apply to that order.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current.

3. Products

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, descriptions, specifications and colors as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, size, appearance or design may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing tolerances or product updates.

Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products when necessary.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Applicable import duties, tariffs and taxes for shipments to the United States are included in the price shown at checkout. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties or brokerage charges upon delivery.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payment is charged when your order is placed.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Zorvia Pets and Mazlumyar Trading do not directly store your complete credit or debit card details.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product has been listed at an incorrect price, we may contact you before processing your order and give you the option to confirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

Your order is considered accepted when it has been shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, incorrect order information or product unavailability.

If we cancel an order after payment has already been collected, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to your original payment method.

6. Shipping

We currently ship to customers within the United States only.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, standard shipping takes 5–11 business days.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the date the order was delivered.

Return eligibility, non-returnable products, return shipping costs, damaged items and refund procedures are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 1 hour of being placed.

After the 1-hour cancellation period, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet entered processing, we will do our best to cancel it, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may return eligible items after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website that is owned by or licensed to Mazlumyar Trading, including branding, logos, graphics, text, photographs, product presentation and original website content, is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially use protected content without prior permission where such permission is legally required.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zorvia Pets and Mazlumyar Trading will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, services or products.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, internet outages, third-party service failures or other events beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent information or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
