All prices on Zorvia Pets are shown in US Dollars (USD). The price you see at checkout is the final price, including free standard shipping and all applicable import duties and taxes.

When You Are Charged

All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI DSS compliant checkout. Your connection is protected with SSL encryption. Zorvia Pets and Mazlumyar Trading never see or store your full card details.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check your card details and billing address, or try another payment method. If the problem continues, contact your bank or card provider.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to show the refund. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
